About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (VP/CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial and business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of financial and operational information, maintaining strong financial oversight, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. A background in international nonprofits or similar mission-driven organizations is essential, as is expertise in managing complex financial operations and a proven track record in audit management, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight. The VP/CFO should be a values-driven leader, fostering trust and collaboration, and be adept at modernizing financial infrastructure through strategic investments in technology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as is the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural teams.
