Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will be working closely with the team executing our social media strategy to drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and support business development efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with Human Resources, and client service teams to craft compelling content that reflects our firm’s expertise, culture, and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firm’s brand and business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to promote firm news, industry insights, employee spotlights, DEI initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities; respond appropriately to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reporting with actionable insights.
  • Manage social media calendar and ensure consistency in voice, tone, and branding across all platforms.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and professional services.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality visual and multimedia content.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management efforts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within professional services, B2B, or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics), and content management systems.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a knack for translating technical topics into accessible content.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus.
