Senior Property Accountant
Location: Boca Raton
Schedule: Monday-Friday in office
Salary: $100,000-$130,000

What will the Senior Property Accountant do?

• Reconciliations: balance sheet and bank accounts for each property
• Performs bank transfers as needed to fund operating and payroll accounts
• AP and AR
• Monthly close procedures
• General ledger posting
• Accruals
• Supports month end, and year end close processes
• Provides necessary support to external auditors, lenders, or investors
• Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing documents, filing, and other office tasks.

What is needed in the Property Accountant?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-6 years' Property Accounting experience REQUIRED
• Yardi experience
• Audit experience in Big 4 or similar large public accounting firm preferred
• Corporate Accounting experience preferred
