Job Description

• Litigation support for the client, involving significant writing and possibly legal research.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent writing ability are crucial.

• Work under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Responsible for major task areas in large cases, such as document discovery/collection.
• Oversee multiple smaller cases simultaneously.
• Supervise various Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first-line supervisors.
• Frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, and client agency staff.

• Minimum two years of experience on major litigation support projects, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to oversee complex and time-critical litigation support activities, including eDiscovery.
• In-depth knowledge of litigation support and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Government's office and network environment.
• Expertise in eDiscovery tools and procedures.

• Ability to manage larger teams and processes.
• Experience managing tight deadlines and serving as a point of contact among parties.
• Excellent legal writing skills and ability to perform Quality Control on legal assignments.

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred.
• Paralegal experience helpful.
• Substantial significant experience may substitute for degree requirement.
