• Position : Healthcare Scheduler

• Location : Knoxville, TN (on-site)

• Pay : $17/hour

• Type : Contract-to-Hire

• Start Date : ASAP

???? Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently

• Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to confirm availability

• Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Support administrative tasks as needed

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
