In this role, you will:
Drive the transition of our current application support model from internal teams or existing vendors to a Managed Services framework .
Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth transition planning, execution, and knowledge transfer.
Oversee vendor engagement, governance structures, and service-level alignment.
Ensure minimal disruption to business operations while achieving long-term efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

Strong background in Application Support and Managed Services
Hands-on experience leading transition projects (from in-house/vendor to Managed Services).
