need for a Product Owner to temporarily backfill a role supporting our in-house legacy Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) applications until the EH&S transformation effort begins. This will also provide valuable hands-on experience with the legacy application technology stack ahead of the transformation. Ideally, the resource would come with some experience in the EH&S domain to ensure a smooth transition and effective support." EH&S=Environmental Health and Safety 5 days a week onsite in Dallas

Job Description:

• Looking for skilled Product Owners with at least 3 years of experience in managing product backlogs, refining user stories, and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Must have hands-on experience in PI Planning, including stakeholder collaboration, prioritization, and driving product vision. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during PI Planning to create roadmaps
• Support backlog refinement and development team needs.
• Communicate product vision and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Experience with backlog management and user story creation
• Proven expertise in PI Planning
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
