Overview Insulation Installer (Starting at $24, Get trained) at Attic Projects Role and Responsibilities Install insulation, conduct rodent proofing and sanitation, perform mold remediation, and assist with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair on projects Handle any other tasks needed to ensure project completion Start the day early (time may vary seasonally) Load trucks and prepare materials based on instructions from the operations manager Review jobs for the day with crew leads Perform the assigned job at the work site (usually 1 site per day, 7–10 work hours) Return to the office after completing the job to unload and clean up Qualifications 21 years old or older Regular attendance and punctuality Ability to lift heavy objects (exceeding 75 lbs) and crawl in small spaces Ability to access through a 22"x30" opening Ability to safely climb and descend ladders or attic stairs Proficient with staple guns, hammers, utility knives; comfortable working on scaffolding or ladders Proper use of personal protective equipment on-site Preferred qualifications Experience in insulation or rodent control (strong plus) Good communication and customer service skills Leadership experience supervising 2–3 crew members onsite Valid driver’s license with a good driving record within the last 7 years Perks and Benefits Competitive pay rate ($24–$29 hourly) with potential bonus; bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit Balanced workload with scheduling to avoid exhaustion Two weeks of comprehensive training Company-issued uniform, tools, equipment, and protective gear Opportunities for advancement within the company Medical, dental, and vision insurance allowance after 90 days Gym access and regular team-building activities Holiday gifts and allowance 401(k) retirement plan after 90 days Interview Process Initial video interview with recruiter In-person interview with the Operations Manager (please bring a copy of your resume) Details Job Type: Full-time, on-site (not remote) Hourly Pay Range: $24–$29 (rates may vary by location and experience) Pay Structure: Bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit Attic Projects values diversity and actively encourages women, minorities, and veterans to apply.
