You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that provides excellent food and friendly service. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, conducting orientation, executing training plans, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer concerns, and managing budgets and financial plans.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
