Responsibilities Design and develop responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas. Ensure website functionality, usability, and accessibility across browsers and devices. Optimize websites for performance and speed. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components. Maintain and update existing websites, including content updates and bug fixes. Design graphics for digital and print materials, including banners, email templates, and marketing collateral. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency. Work with marketing and content teams to develop creative visual solutions. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines. Stay updated with design trends and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field. 5-8 years experience as a Front-End Web and Graphic Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Required Skills Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, jQuery. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles. Cross-browser compatibility testing skills. Experience with content management systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and aesthetic sense. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Preferred Skills Motion graphics and video editing experience. SEO best practices knowledge. Web accessibility standards familiarity. Additional Information This position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience and location, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
