Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Lead digital transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizing key enterprise systems (WMS, TMS, MRP, S&OP). Ensure solutions align with business needs and drive operational efficiency across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle implementation of systems such as WMS, TMS, MRP, and S&OP.
• Lead process mapping and optimization to align tech solutions with business goals.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to integrate new systems effectively.
• Drive user adoption through training and ongoing support.
• Manage vendor selection and partnerships; participate in RFPs.
• Track KPIs and report project health to technology leadership.
• Bridge communication between technical and functional teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in digital transformation, systems implementation, or process optimization.
• Experience with one or more of the following: WMS, TMS, MRP, S&OP, or ERP (NetSuite a plus).
• Strong project management skills; PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing workflows.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT.
