Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries within a dynamic call center environment using state-of-the-art technology.
Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch support.
Assist customers with navigating Uline's website and online ordering processes.
Become an expert in our products and solutions! We'll ensure you have all the tools you need to respond to product, pricing, and shipping inquiries quickly and confidently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train you to deliver legendary service!
Availability to travel for initial 6-week training at Uline's other North American locations is a must.
