Job Description
We’re hiring a carpenter to join our crew. You’ll be working on active residential remodeling job sites, primarily performing finish carpentry work (doors, trim, cabinetry) along with some light and various scopes as needed. You’ll work closely with our in-house team and occasionally coordinate with subs to help keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Install baseboards, crown, casing, doors, cabinets, and other interior trim
Perform light framing, blocking, and prep work for various remodeling tasks
Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow company quality standards
Read plans or scopes and execute work with minimal supervision
Communicate effectively with team members and project leadership
Ensure safe tool use, proper material handling, and workspace setup
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in residential carpentry, remodeling, or finish work
Strong skills with carpentry tools (miter saws, routers, nailers, etc.)
Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and pride in quality work
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces as needed
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Occasional flexible hours depending on job demands
