Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation of Workday Integration projects;
• Drive solution architecture and design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards;
• Lead integration of Workday with other systems (e.g., Zuora, Netsuite, Salesforce) to improve efficiency and data consistency;
• Design, maintain, monitor, and support all People Experience system integrations;
• Oversee Workday platform architecture, including integration, core HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll, and expense modules;
• Provide consultation on functional and technical impacts of system changes;
• Gather requirements, analyze, design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integration solutions;
• Identify root causes of issues and implement preventative solutions;
• Document knowledge and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery;
• Continuously improve Workday Integration processes through new technologies and system enhancements;
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation;
• Share knowledge and mentor team members;
• Review Workday releases for business impact and opportunities for enhancement;
• Collaborate with leadership on business initiatives and integrate new functionalities;
• Manage QA processes and participate in Workday audits;
• Develop extensions using Workday Cloud Development Platform and automate manual processes;
• Manage security governance across modules;
• Own architecture and delivery of identity and security requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering, or related field;
• 7+ years of relevant experience;
• Extensive experience with Workday modules: Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking;
• Experience with HR business processes, audit requirements, and Workday's Business Process Framework and Security;
• Proficiency in configuring Core HR and workflows, Workday Integrations, Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday Extend;
• Experience with cloud enterprise applications and third-party payroll integrations;
• 4+ years in Workday cloud applications and platform development;
• Remote work possible; no travel required.

Salary Range:

Minimum: $186,260

Maximum: $271,200

Additional compensation includes bonus and equity; starting salary based on experience and location.

Work Environment:

Hybrid, remote, or in-office options, depending on role.
