What you will be doing Assist individuals in understanding their insurance coverages and selecting the right products and services by answering inbound phone calls. Assist with the workflow of applications for Life / Health consideration and answering policy-related questions. Demonstrating sales skills Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adhere to a consistent schedule with minimal assistance. Enjoy working online while maintaining a professional attitude. Work at Home Requirements Desktop or Laptop, best to have 2-3 available for multiple programs for best presentations. Webcam-Video available High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection; Wifi, Satellite or Hot spot not suggested. Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps A USB headset with noise-canceling microphone is a bonus (Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech recommended). 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not recommended.
