A deep understanding of investment management operations and the front-to-back investment lifecycle is essential, including experience with ABOR, IBOR, and transaction management systems. The role requires a strategic thinker who is risk- and control-minded, with a strong ability to integrate risk frameworks into transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, a structured communicator, and a key connector across internal and external teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in large enterprise technology program management is a must.
