Responsibilities Deliver a client‑first experience by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively. Inspect each vehicle before safely parking it and note all findings. Explain valet rates to customers and observe traffic laws and safe driving practices. Report all accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management. Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area to ensure customers enjoy a seamless transportation experience. Work in clean uniform on schedule, on time, and ready to work. Maintain uniform throughout your shift. Assist management with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record. Manual transmission experience is a plus. Availability to work special shifts, including 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends. Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. Excellent communication skills; able to respond professionally to customer problems or complaints. Basic math skills and ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt calmly to changes and unexpected events. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand; walk; handle cash and equipment. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Salary Hourly rate $14.00 + tips. Eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
