Are you up to become UX/UI Designer at TechSoft? Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX/UI designer to join us and lead user research and product UX/UI optimization. Your role is crucial in ensuring all aspects of the online user experience are optimized for usability, usefulness, and visual appeal. As this is a startup environment, you will have the opportunity to let your creativity run free. Responsibilities Gathering and analyzing requirements Conducting user and business domain research Creating prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively Designing UX and documenting UX processes Performing usability testing Participating in discussions and presentations about design decisions Collaborating with product owners, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop intuitive UX/UI patterns Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of UI/UX design experience for digital products or software services Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UX/UI projects and user-centered design skills Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar Ability to combine colors, layout, and fonts to produce high-quality designs Good English communication skills, both verbal and written We offer a competitive salary package including a 13th salary, profit sharing, and bonuses for outstanding performance.
