Einhorn Barbarito is seeking a full-time Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and fast-paced Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and engaging matters, including estate planning, estate administration, and estate/trust litigation.
What We’re Looking For:
· A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in estate planning, estate administration, and/or fiduciary litigation
· Admission to practice in New Jersey is required
· Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and interpersonal skills
· Experience drafting estate planning documents, developing estate plans, and/or handling contested estate/trust matters is strongly preferred
