We are seeking a motivated Tier 1/Entry Level Network Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will
provide rst-level support for network-related issues, assist with routine maintenance, and gain
hands-on experience with network automation tools. You will also work alongside system
administrators to support Windows Server environments and Active Directory tasks. This is an

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to network tickets and alerts
• Perform basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, and rewalls
• Provide support for user access, network connectivity, and remote access issues
• Assist in managing and maintaining Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Document network diagrams, procedures, and technical issues
• Collaborate on small automation projects using Python or Visual Basic
• Support the implementation of scripts to automate routine tasks

• Preferred Qualications:
  Associate's or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related eld (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in network support or help desk roles
• Working knowledge of:
  • TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs
  • Windows Server administration (basic level)
  • Active Directory (user account management, group policies)
• Familiarity with scripting in Python or Visual Basic
• Eagerness to learn network automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds)
• Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Certications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MTA: Windows Server
