Gaston Real Estate Investment Company, a small business in downtown Columbia, is searching for a Summer intern from the University of South Carolina. Our portfolio consists of ~150 residential & commercial rental units owned by the company. Mainly focused on student housing near the University of South Carolina campus.
Responsibilities include:
· Manage communication between incoming and outgoing tenants
· Admin work including confirming rent payments, utilities, and renter's insurance
· Grow our Instagram account
· Post on Facebook page
· Make TikToks for our new construction properties
· Market directly to students our houses available for the 2025-2026 school year
Pay is $20 per hour. 20-40 hours per week.
Seeking an intern with active social media accounts (preferably with a large following).
Graphic design experience, helpful but not required. Previous real estate experience helpful.
