This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which youll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. The intern will have the opportunity to experience a fast-paced quarterly financial reporting cycle. Are you ready to join the Un-carrier

What you will do

• Participate in quarterly financial reporting including preparing and validating the data included in Form 10-Q.
• Perform data validation over quarterly earnings materials including our investor factbook and earnings release.
• Cross-team with multiple functions including accounting tax legal and investor relations during the earnings cycle.
• Interact with external auditor and assist with data requests for the quarterly review.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed for management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
• Excellent interpersonal work ethic and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Advanced problem solving and analytical skills including ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams as well as demonstrated ability to understand broad business and financial issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.

-At least 18 years of age
-Legally authorized to work in the United States
-High School Diploma or GED
-Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
-Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on experience/location.
