We are looking for a superstar fitness professional (physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more) to provide one-on-one assisted stretching on clients for our studio in Redmond, WA.


We are seeking:

• Someone who is a boutique fitness and/or wellness lover and is able to build strong relationships with our members.
• Knowledgeable professionals who are certified personal trainers, yoga and pilates instructors, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, dance instructors, or massage therapists with a strong command of human anatomy.
• Well-educated and credentialed in their specific field of bodywork. Should have a minimum of two-year experience in bodywork or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in exercise science or a similar field OR have a current certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or AFPA, RYT, or similar program.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
• Must be available to go through our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training

What you will do:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and Sales Manager with studio tour and sales, as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
