Screen Printer
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00/hour DOE

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Screen Printer for a locally owned screen-printing shop in Sacramento. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid screen-printing experience looking to work in a creative, fast-paced, and laid-back environment. The shop can be hot and noisy due to constant fan operation, so comfort in such settings is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate printing presses to produce high-quality prints on t-shirts, bags, and apparel
• Set up and align screens, load garments, and adjust settings for optimal results
• Mix and match ink colors to meet design specifications
• Inspect printed items for defects such as misprints, color issues, and alignment errors
• Prepare screens by coating with emulsion, exposing to light, and cleaning for reuse

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of screen printing experience required
• Physical stamina: able to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail for color accuracy and print quality
• Problem-solving skills for adjusting equipment and resolving print issues
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow supervisor instructions
• Knowledge of screen printing techniques, inks, and materials is a plus
