Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Finance and related financial systems to support and enhance finance operations for a large enterprise client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Finance modules , Vertex , Blackline , and SAP CLM for Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) and Network Lease Management (NLM) . This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to work onsite in Mountain View, CA at least three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between Finance stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Provide functional support and drive enhancements for SAP Finance modules (FI/CO), ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead or support configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Finance solutions, including integration with Vertex for tax calculations and Blackline for financial closing and reconciliation processes.
• Support and maintain SAP CLM – REWS and NLM modules, ensuring smooth operations in Real Estate and Lease Management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Tax, Accounting, and IT to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
• Participate in UAT, training, and change management efforts for system rollouts or enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with SAP support or vendors for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security, and audit requirements in all financial processes and systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Finance IT systems.
• Strong functional knowledge and experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules.
• Experience integrating and supporting Vertex for automated tax calculations.
• Working knowledge of Blackline for financial closing, reconciliation, and account certification.
• Experience with SAP CLM modules, especially for REWS (Real Estate & Workplace Services) and NLM (Network Lease Management) .
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments or technology companies.
• Familiarity with lease accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
