Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Transition

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud transition for a top-tier tech client. This role drives cross-functional delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of next-gen capabilities including Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution, delivery, and closure, managing timelines, milestones, and scope.
• Direct cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communications, progress updates, and vendor relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks while driving strategic decisions.
• Oversee budget, resources, and delivery quality.
• Enable collaboration across global and offshore teams.
• Incorporate Generative AI solutions to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, leading enterprise software implementations.
• Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud (RCA) project experience preferred.
• Strong Agile knowledge; PMP or equivalent certification.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• US-based; remote/hybrid flexibility.

Desired Skills (Bonus)

• 6–8 years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in Generative and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Google ADK.
• Experience in autonomous agents, multi-step reasoning, and RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python/Java AI libraries, vector databases, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL.
• Background in building and deploying conversational AI/chatbots.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and fine-tuning LLMs.
