Job Title: RN Infusion

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $42/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking an experienced RN Infusion for a full-time opportunity in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing and administering IVIG therapies and medications such as Gamunex , Leqembi , and other infusions commonly used for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Myasthenia Gravis (MG) patients.

This role requires clinical expertise in infusion therapy and direct patient care within a physician practice or outpatient infusion setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer IV infusions, including IVIG, MS, and MG-related medications (e.g., Gamunex, Leqembi).

• Monitor patients for reactions and ensure proper infusion protocols are followed.

• Access and maintain IV lines, ports, and infusion pumps safely and accurately.

• Manage patient records and documentation in alignment with regulatory and facility standards.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Participate in incident management and reporting as required.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of infusion or IV therapy experience.

• Proficient with:
  • IV infusions and infusion pumps

  • Port access and maintenance

  • Medication mixing and administration

  • Incident reporting and documentation

• Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Epic EMR or similar systems.

• Knowledge of infusion medication preparation and handling.

• Prior outpatient or specialty clinic experience.
