Restaurant Manager – European -Themed Upscale Restaurant (Near Lincoln Park, IL)

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and be instrumental in upholding our standards of sophistication and guest satisfaction.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations for a high-end dining environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring best-in-class customer service, guiding a talented front-of-house team, and maintaining the seamless performance our discerning clientele expect. Collaboration with culinary leadership and commitment to continuous improvement will be fundamental to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily front-of-house operations to deliver a flawless dining experience for all guests
• Lead, inspire, and train front-of-house staff, focusing on upholding fine dining standards
• Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns with poise and discretion
• Manage staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently based on service demand
• Ensure dining room appearance and cleanliness meet luxury hospitality expectations and regulatory standards
• Work closely with the culinary team to guarantee smooth service execution
• Evaluate processes and implement service enhancements in line with restaurant objectives
