Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated team members to professionally clean our clients’ homes following Tidy Tribe’s specific cleaning methods and standards. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service and maintain the high-quality cleaning experience our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Tidy Tribe’s cleaning techniques
• Utilize vacuums, microfiber cloths, and other provided tools
• Thoroughly clean all areas of the home including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
• Perform detailed floor cleaning, including cleaning kitchens and bathrooms on hands and knees
• Vacuum carpets, stairs, hard floors, and upholstered furniture
• Move light furniture to clean underneath and behind
• Transport cleaning supplies and equipment between the office, your vehicle, and client homes
• Help keep supplies organized and equipment maintained
• Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork, including wearing the uniform, being punctual, and reliable
• Show respect and consideration for coworkers and clients alike

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to recognize and correctly use different cleaning products
• Ability to read and follow written cleaning instructions
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Capability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment
• Comfort working in environments with pet hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning chemicals
• Reliable transportation to commute between job sites
