Your role as a Real Estate Agent:

1. Stay in contact with your clients to strengthen relationships and build trust.
2. Create strong connections that lead to more referrals and opportunities.
3. Meet with buyers and sellers, understand what they’re looking for, and match them with the right homes.
4. Host open houses to promote listings and attract interest.
5. Guide clients through the full process, from listing through closing.
6. Bring in new leads through outreach and follow-up.
7. Understand your market and stay informed about listings, prices, and trends.

What you’ll need:

Commission only ~ $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
