Position Summary:
The President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA) is a strategic and visionary leader responsible for driving the unified growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability of the organization across all divisions. Reporting to the NOA Partners/Board, the President & CEO will serve as the senior-most executive overseeing all business functions, collaborating closely with divisional CEOs, clinical leadership, and administrative teams to establish NOA as the region's premier orthopaedic provider.
This position holds full accountability for developing and executing a system-wide vision and strategy, while fostering integration, innovation, and a culture of shared purpose. The President & CEO will directly oversee the executive team, including the Vice President of Human Resources, and act as the key liaison between the divisions and the Board.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the organization's strategic plan in collaboration with the NOA Board and divisional leadership. Align efforts toward clinical growth, operational integration, and regional market leadership.
Organizational Integration: Build a cohesive organizational identity across divisions while respecting legacy structures. Foster a shared vision and culture that unites all NOA entities.
Collaboration with Divisional CEOs: Partner with divisional CEOs to streamline decision-making, standardize best practices, and ensure operational consistency across locations.
Board Relations: Serve as the primary liaison to the NOA Board/Partners, providing regular updates, strategic insights, and performance results. Responsible for running the monthly board meetings and providing meeting minutes to all divisions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities including service line expansion, partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion.
Operational Oversight: Work with the CFO and operations leaders to ensure strong financial performance, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Talent and Culture: Lead organizational culture efforts, working with HR to build a top-performing, inclusive, patient-centered workforce.

Qualifications:
10+ years in senior healthcare executive roles, preferably within a large, multi-site physician group or health system.
Proven success in leading through integration, transformation, or system growth initiatives.
Experience working directly with physician-led governance or private practice partnerships.
Strong financial, strategic planning, and business development acumen.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and change management skills.
