In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our Polish-speaking clients through the implementation of our software solutions, ensuring they achieve the outcomes they desire. Your strong understanding of technology and customer-focused approach will enable you to effectively lead clients through the implementation process, deliver training, and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation of software solutions for Polish-speaking clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to develop tailored implementation plans that address client requirements. Provide training sessions and continuous support to ensure clients maximize their use of the software. Document the implementation journey and gather client feedback to drive future improvements. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client projects. Identify and resolve any challenges encountered during the implementation phase to ensure client satisfaction. Fluency in Polish is required; English proficiency is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Previous experience in software implementation or related roles is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client success and engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently while also being a cooperative team member. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to travel when necessary for client meetings and training sessions.
