THE CLIENT

Our client is a private equity firm that specializes in sustainable investing. They have over $6 billion AUM and have been in the industry for over 20 years. They have an incredibly warm and welcoming team and are incredibly invested in fostering a positive environment!

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide secondary support to the Chairman and their family. They will work alongside the Executive Assistant to manage the Chairman and families schedules. Along with Executive Assistant responsibilities, this individual will work alongside an additional Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and household staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing busy calendars and arranging meetings
  • Organizing travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Liaise between internal and external stakeholders
  • Personal assistant duties

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and will be professional, proactive, and ambitious. They must be eager and willing to learn and grow with the firm.

Key requirements include...

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting a HNW family
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Great time management and organizational skills

THE COMP/BENEFITS

  • $110,000 - $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Four days in-office, flexibility required
  • Four hours of OT built-in each week
