Poised for substantial growth in 2025 and looking for a Distribution Worker to deliver on tough challenges and lead change in this highly competitive industry. We are a very client-driven group of professionals that take pride in being better than those that are bigger than us. The 3PL business is a “sky is the limit” industry that continues to see massive growth as brick-and-mortar businesses continue to transition to a direct-to-consumer model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, and store inventory in designated areas
• Load and unload shipments from trucks or delivery vehicle
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery
• Inspect goods for damage and verify accuracy of shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners
• Maintain inventory records and update tracking systems
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily distribution goals

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is typically required
• Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and standing for long periods
• Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking
• Basic math and computer skills for handling inventory systems
• Teamwork and communication to coordinate with coworkers and supervisors
• Problem-solving mindset to handle logistical challenges
• Forklift certification may be required for some roles
• Must pass a background check and Drug test
• E-Verify compliant
