Job Description

We are currently looking for an office assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
• Assist with mail distribution and deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas (kitchen, meeting rooms, supply closets)
• Refill office supplies and notify the supervisor when stocks are low
• Run local errands, if needed
• Support staff with light administrative tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Jobcore experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
