We’re seeking  two Middle Office Administrators to support front office sales teams in delivering exceptional service to trust clients. These roles are essential in ensuring smooth account transitions and asset movements, working closely with both internal teams and external financial advisors.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-level support for onboarding new accounts and closing existing ones.
• Review asset movement requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with outside institutions to coordinate asset transfers.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor daily reports to ensure timely and accurate asset postings.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to documentation and testing efforts.

💡 What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in financial services (preferably middle/back office).
• Strong knowledge of investments and trust operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $26.25 - $30.75/hr.
