We’re growing quickly and looking for a creative, driven Marketing Associate to help shape our brand and accelerate our customer acquisition. Role Overview We’re seeking a full‑time Marketing Associate who lives and breathes social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, and organic growth strategies. This person will play a key role in building Postmoda’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, email, and our Shopify storefront. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to execute our marketing roadmap, grow our community, develop compelling creative, and drive consistent traffic and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who’s entrepreneurial, resourceful, and passionate about fashion, storytelling, and digital culture. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation Own the daily execution of Postmoda’s content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Create, film, edit, and publish high‑performing short‑form video content. Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with product drops and campaign goals. Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics. Influencer & Community Marketing Identify, vet, and manage relationships with micro-, mid‑tier, and macro‑influencers. Coordinate product gifting, partnerships, and organic creator outreach. Track influencer performance and manage reporting, attribution, and content rights. Engineer community‑led initiatives to boost UGC and organic buzz. Organic & Growth Marketing Execute organic growth strategies including community building, UGC acquisition, partnerships, and SEO‑driven content. Support email/SMS marketing, newsletters, and lifecycle flows. Assist in planning and launching seasonal or campaign‑based brand activations. Shopify Store Management Update and maintain product listings, collections, imagery, and descriptions. Coordinate merchandising updates based on product drops and performance. Support management of site content, landing pages, and on‑site promotions. Assist in tracking site health, conversions, and overall customer experience. Brand & Creative Support Help develop and maintain Postmoda’s visual and editorial brand identity. Assist with photoshoots, styling, and creative production as needed. Generate fresh concepts for campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling. Qualifications 3–5 years experience in social media, organic marketing, or creative marketing roles (preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle). Strong portfolio of content — TikToks, Instagram Reels, static posts, or brand work. Deep understanding of current social trends, creator culture, and platform algorithms. Experience managing influencer partnerships and gifting programs. Familiarity with Shopify and basic ecommerce workflows. Ability to edit short‑form video content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar. Excellent writing skills for captions, emails, and brand storytelling. Highly organized with strong project management abilities. A proactive doer — comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
