Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lighting Designer position include:- 4-6 years of experience in lighting design, ideally focused on exterior or infrastructure projects- Proficiency with AGi32, Visual, DIALux, or equivalent lighting analysis software- Strong AutoCAD skills with ability to produce detailed lighting plans and specs- Experience with photometric calculations, fixture selection, and Title 24 documentation- Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and landscape designers on project coordination- Develop lighting schedules, cut sheets, technical specs, and permit-ready documents- Apply IES standards, energy codes, and agency requirements to ensure compliance- Participate in project meetings and clearly communicate design intent with clients and field teamsSalary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
