IT Director – Corporate App Development (Remote)

We are seeking a talented  IT Director – Corporate Applications (Remote) to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Managing Application Development Teams for ERP (MS- GP, Oracle ERP)
  • Responsible for Managing Application Development Teams for System Integration (Workato)
  • Responsible for Managing Application Development Team for Business Intelligence and Reporting.
  • Responsible for Standing up COE Team (Center of Excellence)
  • Responsible for Managing Application Development Staff with Professional Development
  • This position will lead change management processes working with Sr Business and Senior IT leadership to incorporate an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the Enterprise.
  • Requires a broad range of experience, including customer management, service delivery, leadership of diverse teams, and the ability to employ both directive leadership style and leadership through influence.
  • Collaborate and assist in driving project timelines and expectations with leadership, functional leaders, and internal stakeholders to deliver quality support including Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT departments.
  • Co-ordinate with Technical teams (Onshore & Offshore)

Experience, Knowledge, Skill, Abilities

  • 15+ years’ experience leading a geographically dispersed App Dev Teams with P&L responsibilities.
  • 8+ years of complex project management experience.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
  • Strong knowledge and experience with:
    • Developing a data-centric solution architecture & data governance models
    • Global technologies, including analytics/data warehousing, ERP, HR, App Integration
    • System integration and data exchange strategy and technologies
  • Able to develop Technical roadmaps aligning with business strategies
  • Experience leading and managing project teams, both direct and indirect, and ensuring that appropriate resources are allocated
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technical initiatives
  • Experience in standing up DevOps & CICD teams using (JFrog, Jenkins, AzDo etc)
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
