Job Title: Insulation Installer
Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay: $24/hr BOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Reporting: Must report to the shop in Tualatin daily.

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various insulation materials and installations in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift and carry insulation materials up to 50 lbs.
• Climb, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Work indoors and outdoors in attics, crawl spaces, basements, under all weather conditions.
• Remove and clean up existing insulation and debris.
• Prepare work sites for insulation installation.
• Install insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, and rockwool.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Interact professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, basements, and pipes.
• Secure insulation in place using a staple gun.
• Utilize blowing or spraying equipment as required.
• Properly wear and be comfortable with full personal protective equipment: steel-toe boots, safety goggles, face mask, gloves, ear protection, long sleeves, etc.
• Comfortable using measurement devices to ensure accurate insulation installation.

Requirements:

• Previous insulation installation experience required.
• Updated resume with relevant insulation work experience.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in physically demanding conditions.
