About the position: This position is a Military Technician position with the 63rd Readiness Division, Equipment Concentration Site 171 located in Barstow, California.
The opening and closing dates are 05/16/2025 to 07/24/2025. The salary is $29.69 - $34.59 per hour. The pay scale and grade is WG 8.

Duties include troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and maintaining a variety of construction, industrial, combat, tactical, and power generation equipment. This also includes repairing and replacing components of cooling, braking, exhaust, power train, or hydraulic systems on combat and tactical, automotive, and powered support equipment.
Requirements include active membership as a soldier in the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR), a Class A CDL within 180 days of employment, a medical examination prior to employment, and a Personnel Security Investigation.
Qualifications include the ability to perform preventive maintenance checks and services, conduct basic operational inspections, and operate equipment to check work. Work requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, and crouching. Work is performed inside and occasionally outside.
