Full-Time Live in Nanny
About the Family
A warm, active, and professional family in Haddonfield, NJ is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive full-time nanny to join their household team. The family has four children ages 22 months, 4, 6, and 7 and leads a busy, engaging lifestyle filled with school, after-school activities, and family time.
Compensation & Benefits
$30–$35/hour (based on experience)
2 paid sick days
Paid federal holidays off
Live-in accommodations: Nanny has her own private bedroom on the first floor and access to a full bathroom
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (guaranteed 40 hours per week)
Flexibility to work occasional weekends preferred
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for the youngest child during the day
Support the older children with after-school routines and activities
Manage daily schedules, including school drop-offs, pick-ups, and driving to activities (vehicle provided)
Keep play and living areas tidy and organized
Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that encourages growth and learning
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience caring for multiple children
Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Comfortable working in a home with dogs
Must have 3–5 professional, verifiable references
