American Workforce Group is partnering with a growing local fencing company to hire Fence Installers to join their exceptional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or advance your career in the fencing industry with a respected and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
-Possess an understanding of fencing operations and how to run a job smoothly
-Experience installing various types of fencing, including chain link, cedar, and more
-Work efficiently in a team environment to meet project deadlines
-load and unload materials, operate hand tools and power equipment
-Assist in managing the installation process from start to finish
Details for Fence Installer:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Compensation based on experience)
Schedule:
7/8AM- 3:30PM
Monday-Friday
Overtime available
Location: Multiple job sites
Start: Ready to work immediately
Benefits after hire include- WA Sick pay
Qualifications:
-Experience installing a variety of fence types (chain link, cedar, etc.)
- Must have a valid Drivers license and be able to drive company vehicles
-Hardworking, motivated, and able to work in all weather conditions
-Team mentality and collaborative spirit
-Ability to manage job site tasks with efficiency and care
-Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
-Must be able to pass a drug test
-Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
