Akkodis is seeking a Facilities Service Specialist for our Contract position with a direct client. It is for Nashville, TN location.

Position : Facilities Service Specialist

Location : Nashville, TN 37219 (Onsite)

Duration : 3+ Months (With a high possibility for extension)

Pay Range: $17/hr - $19/hour on W2 without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)

Work Schedule : 8:00AM - 5PM

Parking : Responsible for their own parking. There is a monthly parking pass for $195. There is also public transportation nearby, and you can also park a Nissan Stadium and catch the shuttle.

Job description:

We’re seeking an experienced Office Services Associate to join our onsite team supporting a professional services client in downtown Nashville. This role combines mailroom, copy/print, hospitality, and reception duties in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate office equipment (printers, copiers, fax, scanners) and process mail/parcel deliveries.
  • Manage copy/print/scanning requests with attention to quality and deadlines.
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide professional reception services.
  • Set up and maintain conference rooms, common areas, and kitchen supplies.
  • Track and document service requests, deliveries, and billing logs accurately.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of professional office services experience (print, mail, or facilities support).
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook & email communication).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in shifting priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
