The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Export Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the complexities of the export transportation industry. You will be the bridge between our clients, carriers, and international regulations, ensuring that every shipment arrives on time and in compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Prepare and process accurate ocean export documentation and shipping instructions.
• Operational Execution: Coordinate daily export operations, ensuring seamless movement from origin to destination.
• Regulatory Compliance: Apply deep knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws to all shipments.
• Customer Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing real-time updates and high-level problem-solving.
• Carrier Coordination: Communicate effectively with steamship lines, trucking partners, and overseas agents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in truck dispatching or export operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Customs AES (Automated Export System) regulations and international trade compliance.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for dealing with global partners.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick, informed decisions and handle logistics hurdles independently.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new logistics software quickly.
