The Role

At Peregrine, events arent just part of our marketing strategy theyre at the heart of how we build relationships, elevate our brand, and drive meaningful conversations with our audience.

Were hiring our first Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of unforgettable experiences that connect, inspire, and convert. Youll play a foundational role in shaping how Peregrine shows up in the world from intimate executive gatherings to high-impact conferences and brand activations. This is a rare opportunity to build a high-visibility function from the ground up.

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution for a diverse range of events from executive roundtables and trade shows to large-scale conferences and experiential brand moments
• Collaborate across teams (marketing, sales, product, creative) to align event strategy with business objectives and drive measurable impact
• Define event goals, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs; develop strategies to drive attendance, engagement, and post-event ROI
• Manage timelines, budgets, contracts, vendors, and venues
• Lead on-site execution, overseeing everything from registration and logistics to troubleshooting in real time
• Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure a cohesive, compelling brand presence at every touchpoint
• Track and analyze event performance and share clear insights and recommendations to continuously improve
• Stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities to expand our event footprint and thought leadership presence

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing marketing events
• A strategic thinker who knows how to translate brand and business goals into standout experiences
• A creative storyteller with an eye for design and details
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Clear communicator and cross-functional collaborator with strong project management skills
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments, and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Obsessed with quality and driven by impact
• Located in San Francisco and willing to work in-office

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
