Job Title: Entry Level Events Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Events Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the events industry. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate functions to social gatherings.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site management
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
Assist with the creation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage
Help manage guest lists and respond to inquiries regarding event details
Coordinate transportation and accommodation for event attendees as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of event planning principles and practices
