⚠️ Note: This is not an event planning role (e.g., weddings or banquets). It’s about public engagement , brand visibility , and promotional marketing at high-traffic events.
💼 What You’ll Do:As an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll support our live marketing campaigns from the ground up:
Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of retail pop-ups, community festivals, and branded events
Represent nonprofit and brand clients at local activations, tabling events, and outreach sites
Engage with the public to share campaign messaging and distribute promotional materials
Build positive rapport with shoppers, donors, and community members
Support your team in reaching campaign goals and engagement targets
Collect feedback and track metrics to help optimize event performance
High school diploma or GED required (College coursework or a degree in Marketing, PR, Communications , or related field is a plus)
No experience required – volunteer work, internships, or campus events are helpful but not necessary
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, organized, and comfortable working on your feet and in public-facing environments
Availability on weekends and occasional evenings
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
