The Enrollment Professional 2 processes applications from members, enrolls them on company platforms, and transmits enrollment to Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The Enrollment Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Enrollment Professional 2 supports vendor management and will reviews reports, with a focus on quality and processes, and makes adjustments, additions, and deletions based on enrollment rules. This position regularly communicates with off-shore vendors and will need to be mindful of time differences and language variations.
This is a remote position, the core hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business and client needs.
Responsibilities include:
+ Manage a daily inventory.
+ Report inventory daily.
+ Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
+ Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
+ Follows established guidelines/procedures.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Strong Excel experience (creating formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
+ Progressive experience contributing to, or managing, mid to large scale vendor management projects
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong problem solving and analytical and organizational skills
+ Strong computer skills in PowerBi with ability to learn and navigate additional programs required for assimilating and presenting reports
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ PMP and/or Six Sigma certification
+ Understanding of existing Humana Medicare enrollment systems and processes
+ Experience with off-shore vendor management
+ Proficient with Lucid
**Work-At-Home Requirements**
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
+ Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$58,700 - $70,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
