Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain while assisting with the weighing and grading of grain trucks. Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, track mobiles, rail car movers, etc.) Manage grain storage by creating and moving grain piles, as well as performing general cleaning and housekeeping of bins and storage structures. Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and promptly reporting any unsafe practices or hazards. Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support operations. About You Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph). Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces Must be able to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dust Wear required PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear.
